Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely week at Sheraton Cascais Resort, particularly enjoying the spacious suite and friendly staff. However, the breakfast service was chaotic at times, which was frustrating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great amenities and a beautiful setting.
I had a lovely time at Sheraton Cascais. The spacious and modern suites felt like a home away from home, perfect for my family. I especially enjoyed the couple's massage at Serenity and the delicious picnic in the gardens. However, I found the WiFi to be just okay, and the breakfast selection could use some improvement.
I had a mixed experience at Sheraton Cascais. The location is stunning, nestled close to beautiful Costa da Caparica beaches and surrounded by lush greenery. The suites are spacious and perfect for families, but the dining options left much to be desired. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the service was extremely slow, making meal times frustrating. Overall, it's a decent choice but there are definitely areas that require significant improvement.
My stay at Sheraton Cascais Resort was quite enjoyable, especially with the spacious suite we were upgraded to. However, while the staff was generally professional and attentive, I felt there were some inconsistencies in service, especially at breakfast. The pool area was great for relaxation, but I did find the bar closing early to be a bit disappointing.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The spacious suites were quite comfortable, making it suitable for families, but the service and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I really enjoyed the stunning pool area and the gardens, which were beautiful and well-maintained. However, the dining options were limited and frustratingly slow, and overall I just felt that this place wasn’t living up to its 5-star designation.
I had a lovely stay at the Sheraton Cascais Resort. The deluxe suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, enhancing my relaxation. The outdoor pool area was a highlight, though the service at times felt crowded and disorganized during breakfast. Despite some minor inconveniences, the overall ambiance and amenities, especially the unique Dinner at the Glass Terrace, really made my experience enjoyable.
My stay at the Sheraton Cascais Resort was truly memorable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making my 19-hour journey worth it. I enjoyed the spacious and meticulously cleaned room, and the breakfast buffet was delightful, featuring a great variety of delicious options. However, I did encounter some unexpected charges and found the Kids Club to be not quite as advertised, which detracted from the overall experience. Still, I appreciate the excellent dining experiences in the hotel.
I appreciated the spacious suites that felt more like apartments, making my stay comfortable. However, despite the nice outdoor pool area, the service was hit and miss, which definitely affected my overall experience. The food quality at the restaurants could be improved as well, given the price.
Our stay at the Sheraton Cascais Resort was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, making them perfect for our family's needs. The outdoor pool was a beautiful spot to relax, although the dining options, particularly breakfast, could use some improvement. The remote location was a bit challenging without a car, but it also offered a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle.
