I had a mixed experience at Sheraton Cascais. The location is stunning, nestled close to beautiful Costa da Caparica beaches and surrounded by lush greenery. The suites are spacious and perfect for families, but the dining options left much to be desired. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the service was extremely slow, making meal times frustrating. Overall, it's a decent choice but there are definitely areas that require significant improvement.
